If you are a new patient, please contact our international patient services department to schedule your appointment. To set up the appointment, you will need to provide your name (as it appears on your passport), your date of birth, a description of your medical problem, and your preferred appointment date. An appointment with a suitable doctor will be scheduled by our specialist.
All information regarding your medical condition must be provided, including recent scans (X-Ray, MRI, CT, PET-CT scans on CD or film), medical history, and recent laboratory studies (blood analysis and pathological studies). Do not forget to bring paraffin blocks and/or glasses for the re-examination of the pathology if necessary.
We can recommend several hotels and apartments near hospitals where you and your family members will be comfortable. Hotel accommodation arrangements can be made according to your budget. We offer special prices to our patients. Free wireless internet access is available in the hotels. You can also explore other options on your own. If you are admitted to the hospital, one person will be allowed to stay with you in the hospital room. All of our affiliated hospitals offer private rooms.
An interpreter will assist with your consultation and treatment procedures. We provide translation services. English is widely spoken and written by our doctors. If you need a translator for other languages, please let me know. Discharge instructions and other relevant medical documents will be translated into English free of charge.
You will attend the closing talk with your doctor during the discharge process. You will be given all the medical reports and all images made, as well as possible treatment recommendations and a list of medications. All medical reports will be translated into English. After that, you will receive the final detailed invoice.
